张天真

张天真 男,1962年7月生,浙江东阳人。1982年毕业于浙江农业大学。1992年7月毕业于南京农业大学作物遗传育种专业,获博士学位。1992年9月获居里夫人奖学金赴德国鲁尔大学从事农业生物技术博士后研究,1999-2000年赴美国农业部南方平原研究中心做高级访问学者,从事棉花基因组研究。现为浙江大学农业与生物技术学院农学系教授,博士生导师。

主要从事棉花育种目标性状的基因与基因组学研究,种质资源遗传基础与创新,及作物育种新方法和新品种选育等科学研究工作。在棉花遗传学及分子育种研究领域整体居国内领先,国际先进水平。研究结果已在Plant Biotechnol J, Plos One, Genetics,BMC Genomics,Chromosoma,Plant Mol Biol,Theor Appl Genet等国际核心刊物上发表SCI论文100多篇,在Web of Science 数据库近10 年(2002-2011年)全球棉花发文量作者统计中,排名第一。单篇最高他引85次,得到国内外同行高度关注。致力于将棉花基因组研究的理论与技术用于新材料创制和新品种培育与利用研究。近10年育成南农早(2002年国审)、南抗3号(2001年苏审、2005年国审)、南农6号(2005年国审)、南农10号(2008年国审)等棉花新品种12个, 南农系列品种累计推广3000 多万亩,产生了显著的经济和社会效益,同时也推动了棉花种业的迅速发展。其中,转基因抗虫杂交棉“南抗3号”的推广利用是长江流域棉区以国产抗虫杂交棉取代美国抗虫棉的3个主要品种之一。研究成果获授权专利7项,获国家奖2项,省部级一、二等奖8项。出版杂交棉育种的理论与实践等专著2部,主编作物育种学总论等教材2部,参编著作和教材10多部。荣获“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选(2006)、第三期江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”突出贡献奖(2011)、 江苏省“第二届江苏创新创业人才奖”(2007)、 江苏省“先进工作者”(2006)、 “江苏省师德先进个人”(2006)等称号。领导的“棉花的基因组学与分子育种创新团队”获农业部“农业科研杰出人才及其创新团队” (2012)。
